You can translate from English into Finnish or from Finnish into English. We are currently developing an English-to-Swedish translator which will be published at the end of 2010. Does the translator recognize special field terms? The English-to-Finnish translator recognizes over 160,000 English words and idioms including IT, Engineering and Business terms. However, the translator may not always recognize or give an accurate translation for an special field term. In our enterprise and Pro products, you can add your own special lexicons to the translator. How can I improve translation quality? To get the best translation result, the source text should be carefully written standard language. It is also important that punctuation marks and upper-case letters are used correctly. Spelling errors in the source text may reduce the translation quality significantly. Products and servicesWhy I cannot translate from Finnish into English? You have probably purchased only the English-to-Finnish language pair to the translator. Please check your order. Product installationWhy I cannot see the Sunda Doc toolbar in MS Word? Please check the following things: • If you are using MS Word 2007 or later, the Sunda Doc toolbar appears after choosing Add-Ins from the top menu. • If you are using MS Word 2003 or earlier, choose View->Toolbar from the top menu and make sure that Sunda Doc appears in the list and is checked. • Restart your computer after the installation. Why I cannot see the Sunda Web toolbar in my web browser? Please check the following things: • If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or later, select Toolbars->Sunda Web from the Tools menu in the right top corner. • Otherwise, select View->Toolbars->Sunda Web from the browser's top menu. • Restart your computer after the installation. Why the translator cannot not connect to the translation server? Check that the firewall settings in your computer do not block the translator application's access to the Internet. If you are using Sunda Doc, MS Word must be allowed to access the Internet. Online StoreWhy I cannot sign in to the Online Store? You cannot sign in to the Online Store with your translation service account. The shop uses different user accounts. However, you can make purchases without signing in.
